Born in Brussels, Belgium in 1966. Moved to Cannes, France at the age of 3. Started playing soccer at the age of 6 at AS Cannes in Poussins Espoirs (I think that translates into "Hopeful Chickies"). Moved to Geneva Switzerland at the age of 10 where I played with FC Chenoix until 17.
Moved to Los Angeles at 17 and attended the University of Southern California where I played in my senior year. Then did not put on soccer shoes for 18 years until this past summer when I joined EuroSoccer in Los Angeles.
My biggest advice to all young players out there: No matter how busy life can get once you are out of school, never give up the game. Keep playing!
